How it works with your team

    We sign an NDA and you tell us about the store.

  2. Audit

    You send a database dump and a copy of the code. We report back to you with a go or no-go, the Commerce-dependent extensions and the data that won't carry over.

  3. Rehearsal

    We convert and verify a copy. Your developers get the converted code to review and test in your own environments.

  4. Handover pack

    You receive the conversion report, the commented live script and a reviewer's guide, unbranded and ready to present.

  5. Cutover

    Your team runs the cutover under your process, or we run it for you. Either way, we can join the call or stay behind the scenes.

  6. Proof

    You send us a dump of the converted live database and we check it against the rehearsal before sign-off.

Trade pricing

From£999 + VAT

Agency conversions start from the same £999 + VAT fixed fee, with partner rates for repeat work. An audit on its own is £399 + VAT. You set your own price to your client.

Questions

Will our client know you're involved?

Only if you tell them. Our reports carry no Deploy Ecommerce branding and we contact your client only with your agreement. If your client's contract or data-processing terms require you to name subcontractors, those terms still apply.

Can you work with our developers?

Yes. We work in your repository and follow your branching and review conventions.

Who owns the deliverables?

The core conversion is a switch of your client's database and code to Magento Open Source, so there is nothing extra to hand over or license. Where we move reward points or gift card balances to another solution, that is done through an extension owned by you or your client.

What if the audit says no?

You'll know before any conversion work starts, with the reasons in writing. The audit is still charged, and the report is yours to use when the store is ready.
